Update v0.1.9

Hey, I'm back.

First, I want to apologize. The originally planned control mode will be postponed by another version. The main reason is that I got carried away while building the weight system, and if we waited to release it until the control system was completed, it could have taken a very long time.

Anyway, here are the updates for version 0.1.9:

• Complete digestive system: The character now has a distincion between the stomach and intestines. After the prey dies in the stomach, it stays there for a while to soften, and then it is sent to the intestines for digestion.
• Weight system: When a character is digested in the intestines, part of their body weight is converted into the predator's body weight. The conversion rates for each part can be defined in the character image configuration.
• Image system: You can now customize your character image. (A default character is already built in)
• Bug fix.
• Minor experience improvements.
